Sometimes, you might need to limit ticket sales by setting a specific cut-off time. We understand the importance of this feature, and while our team is actively working to enhance scheduling capabilities, we have a temporary solution to help you manage your ticket sales effectively.
Changing Event Status to "Draft":
- If you want to conclude ticket sales for a particular event at a specific time, you can set the event status to "Draft."
- This will prevent further sales of tickets for that event.
- Once you're ready to open ticket sales again, you can change the status back to "Active."
Setting Inventory to "0":
- Alternatively, you can set the inventory of the event to "0" when you wish to stop ticket sales.
- This will effectively limit the number of tickets available to zero, preventing additional bookings.
- When you're ready to resume sales, you can update the inventory with the desired quantity.
As of now, the scheduling feature in Evey Events is under maintenance and may not work as expected. While we're actively addressing this issue, you can employ a workaround to control your ticket sales.
