One feature of the app is to set the maximum number of attendees or the number of tickets available for an event, and some event has limited tickets available and it is important that customers are aware of how many tickets are left.
For events that are recurring, you also have the option of setting different timeslots for each day where customers will be able to choose a date and timeslot of the event that they will be attending.
If you want to show the remaining tickets for each day and timeslot for your customers to see, there is a way to do that:
1. To enable this, you can go to the app Settings.
2. On the Settings page, click on "Storefront integrations."
3. On the "Storefront integrations" page click on the "Recurring Events Scheduler" tab.
4. Scroll down to the "Preferences" section and put a check on" Show number of tickets remaining for each timeslot."
5. Once done, click on Save.
Now, if a customer purchases a ticket, they will be able to show how many tickets are left for each time slot on any event day.
This will help your customers to plan their visit or choose what day and timeslot to choose.
